Cha das Caldeiras - Fogo
Located in the village of Cha das Caldeiras, the Pousada Pedra Brabo is an excellent base for those who wish to explore the volcano. The pension, which is built from red lava brick, has 12 bedrooms and a small restaurant. Rooms are not en-suite and therefore only shared facilities are available. Guides can be arranged for the early morning trek up 'Pico'. Half board and a torch are recommended!!
